Orders + Shipping
Whereabouts are you based?
Drought is based + manufactured in the UK to the highest GMP standards.
How much is shipping + how long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched the following working day.
Shipping times + prices are as follows:
United Kingdom- 2-3 working days - FREE
Europe- 3-5 working days - £6.99
Rest of World- 5-7 working days- £7.99
You are responsible for any tax and customs measures your country may have in place.
Drought cannot be held responsible for delays relating to COVID-19 or Royal Mail strikes
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit + credits cards and PayPal
I haven’t received my order.
Please e-mail your order number to info@droughtskin.com to report your missing order. A member of the team will be in touch within 24 hours. Please only report missing orders 1 week after the estimated delivery date for UK customers (8 working days after order placement) and 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date for international orders (25 working days after order placement). We will then provide full tracking information and resolve accordingly.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the order. Just e-mail info@droughtskin.com and we’ll arrange this. Please note, you are responsible for your return costs and a delivery/admin cost of £3 will be deducted from your refund.

Can I take Drought supplements if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please consult a medical professional before taking Drought or any other supplements when you are pregnant or breastfeeding, just to be on the safe side.
My child has eczema, are your supplements suitable for children?
Please note, our supplements are only recommended for those over 18.
Can I take Drougt supplements with other medication?
It’s wise to double-check this with your doctor, so they can advise of any potential interactions and ensure our products are suitable.
I’m intermittent fasting. Can I take Drought?
Our supplements contain zinc, which can cause nausea on an empty stomach. We recommend taking it with your first meal of the day.
Are your supplements suitable for Vegans?
Unfortunately not, we are only suitable for vegetarians. A vegan-friendly supplement is currently in development.
Are your supplements Halal?
Yes, our supplements are fully Halal certified.
